Description

  • Engage with customers to sell Loveair Industrial, Inc.'s products.
  • Identify client needs and provide solutions to meet project demands.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
  • Drive sales through outreach, negotiations, and strategic planning.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School degree; further education or sales-related courses are a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work with sales technology and software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Generate and qualify leads, engage with clients, negotiate and close sales deals, and meet sales targets. Maintain knowledge of the product line and services offered.
  • Working Conditions: Position may require occasional travel and flexibility in hours, including working evenings or weekends based on clients' needs.
  • Qualities and Traits: Driven, results-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and influence others. A team player with a customer-centric approach.
