Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

J.E.S. AIRCON & REFRIGERATION SERVICES is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our air conditioning and refrigeration services operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, sales coordination, and assisting in closing deals through both office-based coordination and client communication.

As a Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring smooth communication from proposal to project completion — while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and assist in preparing service proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with clients and the technical team to ensure accurate job requirements and project details
• Support the sales team in presenting service packages and closing deals
• Follow up with clients to help convert leads and maintain strong relationships
• Provide updates on customer needs, project status, and client feedback
• Identify opportunities for upselling additional services
• Ensure proper documentation and coordination of contracts, payments, and related requirements
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications

Qualifications and Requirements

• College graduate (any business or related course preferred)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in sales, customer service, or coordination is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and pleasing personality
• Knowledge of air conditioning or refrigeration systems is a plus but not required
• Able to work independently and follow instructions reliably
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
