Role Overview

The IT Sales Coordinator bridges sales operations, technical solution delivery, and executive management. This role maintains the account pipeline, coordinates IT proposals, and ensures seamless alignment between sales representatives, technical engineers, and Executive Leadership to drive deal closures and support high-level business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Operational Support: Provide high-level administrative, documentation, and coordination support for executive leadership initiatives, preparing strategic presentation decks, organizing business planning minutes, and tracking key executive action items.
• Cross-Departmental Technical Alignment: Act as the main operational point of contact between Sales, Technical Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate pricing, scope handovers, and project kickoff timelines.
• Client & Vendor Liaison: Coordinate client discovery meetings, manage vendor/OEM partner communications for registration and pricing quotes, and follow up on client contracts and sign-offs.
• Sales Pipeline & Solution Scoping Support: Maintain the CRM system, log inbound leads, and assist account managers in tracking opportunities for IT services, software solutions, networking, and auxiliary systems.
• Proposal & Quotation Development: Coordinate with technical presales engineers to gather technical specifications and draft formal client proposals and quotations

Qualifications & Requirements

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related domain.

·       At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination, presales administration, or executive operations within the IT industry.
