Overview:

 

As a Sales Coordinator at SEB Equipment and Supplies Corp., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing and operational activities. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, directing customer inquiries to the appropriate departments, supporting our sales team, coordinating events and orientations, overseeing document management, and facilitating logistics operations. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively will be essential in this dynamic role.

 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish content to engage the target audience.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Lead Management
  • Log incoming leads and assign them to the sales team using the CRM or lead management system.
  • Track the status of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Customer and Internal Communication
  • Direct customer and client concerns to the appropriate departments.
  • Act as a communication liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Event and Orientation Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate company events, orientations, and meetings.
  • Handle logistics, including invitations, scheduling, and venue coordination.
  • Sales Document Management
  • Maintain and organize sales-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations.


Requirement

·      Strong organizational and time management skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficiency in social media management and content creation.

·      Basic knowledge of office administration and procedures.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
