Description

Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions based on product or service offerings.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

Sales Presentations:Present products and services to potential clients through virtual or in-person meetings, ensuring the value proposition aligns with their needs.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up regularly to ensure clients are happy with their purchases and resolve any issues.

Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas consistently. Track performance and ensure goals are achieved within designated timeframes.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, logging all interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.

Negotiation & Closing: Effectively negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals while maintaining the best interests of the company.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer support departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales processes.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment (e.g., retail, real estate, technology, etc.).
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and maintain profitable relationships.
  • Customer Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
