Job Description:

• Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
• Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
• Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
• Accurately and efficiently encode all data;
• Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s;
• Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course)
• Fresh graduates with welcome to apply
• Experience in sales is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Willing to be assigned in Ayala Malls Feliz
