Job Summary

The Live Host is responsible for representing the brand through engaging and interactive livestream sessions across e-commerce and social media platforms. This role focuses on showcasing products, driving customer engagement, increasing sales conversions, and providing an exceptional shopping experience for viewers. The Live Host works closely with the Marketing, KOL, and Live Operations teams to execute livestream campaigns, promote products effectively, and achieve performance targets while maintaining a professional and brand-aligned on-camera presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and present live streaming sessions to promote products and engage with viewers in real-time.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage in an energetic, informative, and persuasive manner.
• Answer customer inquiries during live sessions and encourage product purchases.
• Build rapport with viewers and maintain high levels of audience engagement throughout livestream sessions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan content, campaign themes, promotional activities, and product features.
• Monitor livestream performance metrics, including views, engagement, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Assist in product preparation, set design, and technical setup before going live.
• Ensure all livestream content aligns with company branding, campaign objectives, and platform guidelines.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.
• Participate in training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve hosting skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and on-camera presence consistent with the brand image.
• Achieve assigned KPIs, sales targets, livestream hours, and engagement goals.
• Coordinate with the Live Operations team regarding schedules, campaigns, and operational concerns.
• Perform other duties related to livestream operations and brand promotion as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Previous experience in livestream selling, hosting, sales, retail, content creation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera and large online audiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, engaging, and sales-oriented personality.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, LazLive, Facebook Live, or similar livestream platforms is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and extended livestream hours when required.
• Strong ability to multitask and respond to customer inquiries in real time.
• Knowledge of e-commerce, online selling, and social media trends is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented and capable of meeting sales and performance targets.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and continuously improve hosting techniques.
• Good English and Filipino communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
