Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and improving customer conversion strategies

- Create sales scripts, FAQs, and objection-handling guides

- Analyze customer behavior and identify conversion opportunities

- Monitor and improve lead-to-sale processes

-Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Creative Teams

-Help improve customer experience and conversion performance

-Track results and prepare basic performance reports

Qualifications:

- High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate

- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or E-commerce is an advantage

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and goal-driven

- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage

- Knowledge of AI automation, workflow tools, and prompt engineering is an advantage

Work Setup:

- Monday to Sunday (6 Days a Week)

-Shifting Schedule

-Onsite – Bacoor, Cavite
