Sales & Marketing Admin Staff

Job Purpose

To support the Sales & Marketing department through efficient data encoding, KPI reporting, service scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. This role ensures smooth administrative operations and provides analytical insights to enhance departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Encode and manage data in the ERP system accurately and timely
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports to support performance tracking
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments and follow-ups
• Act as a liaison between Sales & Marketing and other departments
• Assist in marketing campaign tracking and documentation
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity
• Support the team in administrative tasks and reporting needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in data encoding and analytics
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or marketing support roles
• Familiarity with KPI dashboards and reporting tools
• Knowledge of service scheduling systems
