Responsibilities

• Promote and sell aesthetic treatments, packages, and skincare products to clients

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media professionally

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns, including social media content, promos, and events

• Coordinate with clinic team to ensure smooth client experience

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the clinic

• Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions

• Stay updated on latest trends in skincare and aesthetic treatments

• Educate clients on treatment benefits, aftercare, and product usage

• Represent the clinic with a professional and friendly demeanor

Qualifications (optional)

• Background in Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)

• Experience in aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry is a plus

• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage
