MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Research and Analysis:
a) Conducting thorough market research to understand market trends, customer behaviour and competitive landscape.
b) Analysing data to identify opportunities, threats and weaknesses.
c) Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and consumer insights.
2. Market Research and Analysis:
a) Creating comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
b) Defining target markets and audience segments (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning – STP).
c) Establishing brand positioning and messaging strategies.
3. Campaign, Planning and Execution
a) Planning, developing and overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc)
b) Collaborating with creative teams to produce promotional materials.
c) Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all marketing efforts.
4. Budget Management:
a) Allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively.
b) Monitoring spending and ensuring a good return on investment (ROI).
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting
a) Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
b) Analysing campaign performance and generating reports.
c) Using data to optimize and adjust strategies as needed.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
a) Working closely with sales, product development and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
b) Coordinating with external agencies, vendors, and partners.
7. Content Strategy and Management:
a) Developing content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
b) Overseeing content creating and distribution.
8. Digital marketing:
a) Implementing and managing digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing and more.
b) Utilizing digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
9. Customer Relationship Management:
a) Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
b) Implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
10. Innovation and Creativity
a) Staying innovative and creative in approaching marketing challenges.
b) Exploring new marketing trends and technologies to keep the company ahead of the competition.
