The RCRAS Admin Staff is responsible for providing administrative and operational support through document handling, records management, account monitoring, and coordination with different departments. The role includes sorting and routing documents, retrieving SOAs, reconciling balances, preparing and processing collection and legal-related documents, updating systems and trackers, handling client inquiries, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and assisting with various office and operational activities. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks.
