Description

Lead the sales efforts for MarketConnect Inc in the dynamic Advertising & Arts & Media industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Coordinate with creative and media teams to deliver exceptional campaigns.
Achieve sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
Provide comprehensive reports and market insights to the senior management team.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of proven experiencein Advertising Agency. Handling sales account management
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales Support, Relationship Building, Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce, and Cold Calling. Strong Analytical Skills for Lead Generation, Attention to Detail, and Communication Skills are essential.
Responsibilities and Duties: Identify and secure potential clients, manage client accounts, maintain a long-term relationship with accounts and maximize sales opportunities within them, meet sales targets, and coordinate with various teams to better address client needs.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential travel to client sites. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
