DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

- Address any client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to offer effective solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role (ideally 3 years of experience).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willing to do fieldwork
