- Manage and nurture client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and account activities.
- Assist in the resolution of client issues and provide effective solutions to complex problems.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in account management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and proficiency in documentation
- Qualities and Traits: Professionalism with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to prepare and analyze reports
