Description

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address client concerns, provide timely updates, and manage client expectations.


Account Management:

  • Oversee and manage multiple client accounts, ensuring that clients receive high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, operations) to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.


Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing accounts.
  • Generate sales by understanding client needs and proposing suitable company solutions or services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.


Product Knowledge and Consultation:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of the company’s offerings.
  • Offer consultative advice to clients on optimizing their use of company products.
  • Contract and Negotiation:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all contracts are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales, client satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
