Description

1. Client Management:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

* Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.

* Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.


2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.

* Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.


3. Account Planning and Strategy:

* Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies.


4. Contract and Proposal Management:

* Prepare and negotiate contracts and proposals with clients.

* Ensure all agreements and contracts are aligned with company policies.

* Follow up on contract renewals and manage the renewal process.


5. Project Management:

* Oversee the execution of projects to ensure they meet client expectations and deadlines.

* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.


6. Financial Management:

* Monitor account budgets and ensure profitability.

* Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management.


7. Reporting and Documentation:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.

* Prepare regular reports on account performance and status.

* Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with company standards.


8. Customer Satisfaction and Retention:

* Measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

* Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns promptly.

* Implement feedback mechanisms to gather client insights and improve services.


9. Team Collaboration and Leadership:

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, mass communications, comm arts, marketing, business management)
  • Have at least 3 years experience in a media company
