Identify, nurture, and secure new sales opportunities to meet targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, close deals and effectively communicate Philippines Estates Corp.’s value proposition.
Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competition in the real estate & property management industry.

Job Title: Sales Account Executive
Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop new accounts, maintain client relationships, achieve sales targets, and report on sales activity.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with regular travel for client meetings and presentations.
Qualities and Traits: Proactive, results-driven, with strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
