Market available spaces through various channels, including online listings, signage, and outreach efforts.
Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours.
Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting the leasing industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing.
With sales background in any residential, insurance, retail, account management, business development, hospitality)
Proven track record of meeting leasing goals and objectives.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
