• Actively promote loan products to prospective customers through targeted leaflet distribution and outbound calls.
• Identify and qualify potential clients using predetermined criteria to ensure a high level of client suitability and satisfaction.
• When dealing with client information and sensitive financial data, always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Use and update client databases efficiently to track interactions, manage client information, and track progress.
• Give clients accurate and timely information about loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes.
• Adhere to all regulatory and corporate policies.
• Ad hoc tasks and duties will be performed as assigned

• Has a bachelor's degree in any field.
