Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 35,000 Gross

Qualifications:

• With 2 years of experience in construction
• With valid Certificates of HIRAC, COSH, LCM, First Aid, Scaffolding
• With experience in HIRAC, COSH, LCM, First Aid, Scaffolding
• Experience in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) in a construction environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop and uphold workplace health and safety programs in line with regulatory requirements.
• Carry out risk assessments, safety audits, and incident reviews to identify hazards and corrective actions.
• Lead safety trainings and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel are informed and prepared.
• Ensure strict adherence to company and government safety standards across all operations.
• Oversee site activities to detect and address unsafe practices or conditions before they escalate.
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety records and reports for compliance and continuous improvement.
