Assist in the implementation and upkeep of automation systems and tools within a dynamic HR environment.
Provide support to internal teams by troubleshooting automation issues, ensuring seamless recruitment workflows.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain documentation related to automation processes and train team members as necessary.
Liaise with IT and other departments to coordinate cross-functional automation projects at Career Professionals, Inc.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Level: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automation support, including direct experience with SQL, performance testing, and test automation.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in SQL, experience with performance testing tools, and expertise in test automation frameworks and strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the design and execution of automation scripts, troubleshoot automation software issues, analyze performance test results, and collaborate with the IT team to enhance system performance.
Working Conditions: This is a full-time position requiring occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. The role may involve remote work options or on-site presence based on the company’s policy.
