Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of prior experience in QA testing and/or software development.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in test automation, performance testing, usage of Quality Center, and server and network testing. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java.
Responsibilities and Duties: Develop detailed test plans, execute tests, document results, identify defects, collaborate with development teams to resolve issues, and ensure quality software releases.
Working Conditions: Office-based position with possibilities of remote work depending on company policy. Expectation to work full-time hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
