- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, vacuum carpets, and dust furniture as required.
- Restock toiletries and supplies in guest rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year
- Skills and Competencies: Basic cleaning skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
