Job Title: Merchandiser

Job Summary:

The Merchandiser is responsible for proper product display, stock monitoring, and ensuring merchandise is attractive and available to customers in assigned stores.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and maintain product displays according to company standards
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized
• Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock items
• Check product expiration dates and remove damaged items
• Coordinate with store staff regarding product concerns
• Submit daily/weekly sales and inventory reports
• Follow company policies and merchandising guidelines

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• With or without experience (training will be provided)
• Physically fit and willing to do field work
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and time management skills
