WE’RE HIRING: STORE DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Head Office – Pasay City
Salary Offer: ₱23,050 (Meal allowance and pro-rated Service Charge included)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee leasing flow with malls and/or building terms
- Negotiate offer rates and charges based on company requirements
- Monitor lease spaces for renewal and non-renewal
- Arrange and file lease contracts
- Handle leasing-related coordination and documentation
Qualifications
- Preferably Bachelor’s degree holder
- With or without experience
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skills
- Strong negotiation and management abilities
- With pleasing personality
