Description
- Promote and sell Patio Pacific Resort products and services.
- Respond to all inquiries of clients thru email, mobile and sales missions as well as assist clients in their needs and bookings.
- In charge of data collection of prospective clients and monitor client preferences.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and provide information regarding our food, facilities and services offerings.
- Handle inquiries from negotiating the terms of an agreement to closing of sales with coordination from the Sales Manager. Ensure bookings are within sales parameters.
- Provide necessary information about the market in order to efficiently address their needs through marketing. Assist in marketing plans and events for Boracay.
- Should conducts business ethically with utmost sincerity, keeping business deals confidential.
- Respond to customers request, comments and complaints in a courteous and professional manner at all times. All communications should be made professionally and customer service oriented.
- Ensure that all incoming calls, emails are answered with proper greetings and telephone etiquette.
- Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new clients.
- Should know how and when to impose deadlines and delegates tasks.
- Help conceptualize problems and suggest positive alternatives or solutions.
- Develop & maintain files and history of bookings, data & information of various types of accounts.
- Maintain constant communication with immediate supervisor and with other support department/s as necessary.
Requirements
- Preferably a graduate of any business-related courses
- With pleasing personality
- Has excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Customer service driven
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be assigned in MOA Complex, Pasay City
- Can work under pressure
