- Assist customers in finding products they need and provide exceptional service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Support the sales team by preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Handle after-sales inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent Communication Skills, Strong Work Ethic, Team Player, Attention to Detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Customer Management, Inventory Management, After-Sales Management
- Qualities and Traits: Marketing knowledge, Public Speaking ability, Written and Verbal Communication Skills
