- Assist in the setup and maintenance of interactive play areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor the play areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Help facilitate events and activities for children, encouraging creativity and teamwork.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduates welcome)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team environment and assist with various tasks
- Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in a dynamic and interactive environment with children
