Famous Belgian Waffles - SM Center Congressional Branch
The Service Crew Team Leader is primarily responsible for leading and coordinating shift operations and supervising the Service Crew, while still actively performing Service Crew duties as part of the team.
He or she shall prioritize overseeing team performance, task delegation, and the smooth flow of branch operations, while continuing to prepare food and beverages, operate the POS machine, receive payments, serve customers, clean work areas, monitor stocks, and perform all other Service Crew responsibilities.
