Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Supervise front-of-house (FOH) operations, lead pre-shift briefings, and maintain service pace during peak hours.
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests, handle complaints professionally, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Staff Management: Schedule shifts, train new hires, and coach team members on service standards.
- Quality & Safety Control: Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP) in service and storage areas.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Monitor inventory levels, assist with orders, and help manage costs to meet budgetary goals.
