Description
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Implement quality control measures to enhance diner experience and food safety.
- Collaborate with upper management to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to manage costs and optimize operations
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with quality control and inventory management
