Kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality, safety, and efficiency. The Kitchen Supervisor will manage kitchen staff, maintain high sanitation standards, and support the kitchen team in delivering excellent food service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during daily operations.
• Ensure food preparation meets quality, presentation, and safety standards.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and compliance with sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with purchasing or stock personnel.
• Train and guide kitchen staff to improve performance and efficiency.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and FIFO procedures are followed.
• Assist in scheduling staff and managing kitchen workflow.
• Address kitchen issues quickly to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Head Cook, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
