Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Restaurant Manager Trainee, you will undergo training to understand the operations of running a restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, stock ordering, and ensuring adherence to food and safety regulations.

  • Oversee the over-all restaurant operations and management:
  1. Kitchen
  2. Dining
  3. Freezer (ordered items )
  4. Inventory
  • And other matter related to Restaurant Food Chain

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Experience Level: At least 3-5 years of prior experience in restaurant management or hospitality services.
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficient in Inventory Management
  • Strong background in Restaurant Management
  • Expertise in Quality Control measures
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Adept in Documentation and Record Keeping
