Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• 4 Years Graduate as Business Administration or with experience as Store Manager.
• Supervise and lead front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Ensure strict compliance with Japanese food quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures, including cleanliness and readiness.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients, especially for Japanese dishes (e.g., sushi-grade items).
• Enforce food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily performance.
• Conduct team briefings to align service goals and daily targets.
• Train staff on Japanese dining etiquette and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely ordering of supplies.
• Control costs, minimize waste, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare daily sales reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with management on promotions, menu updates, and business strategies.
