- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Must be a team player with strong communication skills, proficient in operations and inventory management, quality control, and cost management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require long hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, leadership capabilities, and a passion for customer service.
