Description
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on research findings.
- Create user personas and journey maps to guide solutions.
- Present research results to stakeholders to influence product development.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, BS Statistics, Social Science course or related field.
- 1 year of experience related in research analyst
- Proficiency in Quantitative research methods, data analysis, and design thinking.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze and present findings, collaborate with design teams.
- Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
- Strong communicator, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a problem solver.
