Recruitment Manager in Ortigas upto 120k   

Will lead end-to-end hiring across Pasig, Antipolo, and Tarlac sites. 

The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for volume, corporate, leadership, and niche roles while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

3–5 years of recruitment leadership experience

Strong background in end-to-end talent acquisition

Experience hiring for volume, corporate, leadership, and niche roles

BPO and e-commerce industry experience required

Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms

Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
