* Recruitment and hiring
* Maintaining and filing 201 employee records
* HR documentation and personnel files
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years HR recruitment experience
* BPO industry experience is required
* Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
* Proactive and capable of developing creative recruitment strategies
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities
* Experience handling employee records and 201 files is an advantage
