• Manage the recruitment process for various positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and systems
• Foster relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process

• RPO experience (Required)
• IT experience (Required)
• Has handled European Accounts (Required)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 5 years of Sourcing experience in similar role/capacity.
• Willing to work Mid-Shift
