Description
- Skilled in technical skills assessment, including hands-on evaluations, trade testing, and technical interviews.
- Willing and able to travel for field sourcing and community recruitment, with a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with trade testing centers and accreditation processes is an advantage.
Requirements
- With a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, focusing on technical evaluation and field sourcing within an international manpower agency.
