• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements for vacant positions.
• Use all available platforms and networks to find high-quality candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for future roles.

• Experience: 1+ year in recruitment
• Skills: Strong communication, organization, and people skills
• Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or related field
