• Endorses qualified candidates based on the specified requirements of the principal, as conveyed by the General Manager, within the set timeline.
• Also performs other functions or participates in adhoc projects as may be assigned from time to time.

• At least College Level
• Can Communicate English and Tagalog
• Computer Literate
• Reporting Skills, Excellent communication, presentation and Social Skills
• Preferably with experience on board the vessel or experience in Seabased Manning Agency
• Can handle Seafarer's queries, process recruitment based on the principal's requirement and company quality procedure.
• Knowledge of recruitement and legal aspects of the hiring process.
• Approachable and accommodating.
• High Work Ethic
• Ability to work under pressure
