As the first point of contact for the company, Receptionist serves as the brand gatekeeper, creating a welcoming, professional, and orderly environment for all visitors, clients, and employees. This dynamic role requires exceptional communication, organization, and a high degree of flexibility to support the teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet visitors and ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable while waiting for their appointments.
• Maintain an accurate physical log of all incoming and outgoing guests, tracking visit times, names, and appointment details.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate departments efficiently.
• Assist job applicants with completing required forms prior to their HR interviews.
• Support the Logistics with coordinating provincial pick-up deliveries.
• Provide flexible administrative support to other departments as needed.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Oversee the maintenance cleaning schedule and ensure sanitation standards and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Preferably residing in Makati Area
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and log information accurately.
• A team-player attitude with the willingness to jump in and assist different departments as required.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and telephone systems.
