Description
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain cash register.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational and time management skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and analytical skills, reliable and detail-oriented
- Responsibilities and Duties: Cash handling experience preferred, ability to support customers efficiently
