Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as the first point of contact
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls effectively
  • Manage meeting room bookings and company calendar
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and all common spaces
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess at least a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience is required, though any customer service background is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must have excellent written communication; strong organizational skills are essential; ability to manage scheduling efficiently.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and direct visitors; answer and route calls; maintain a clean and organized reception area; handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments.
  • Working Conditions: This is a full-time position located at the front desk of the office, which may require sitting for long periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: A successful candidate will be personable, attentive, professional in demeanor, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
