Description

  • Providing customer service: Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner. They may also process bills and help customers with questions about their charges. 
  • Customer Service: Attend to customer needs, answer questions about the menu, and handle any concerns politely.
  • Process Payments: Take payments and provide receipts if required.
  • Welcoming visitors: Greet visitors and direct them to their sits/ tables.
  • Answering phone calls: Answer and make phone calls, screen calls and take messages. 
  • Managing mail: Receive, sort, and distribute mail. 
  • Scheduling meetings: Schedule meetings. 
  • Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area and other common areas clean and tidy. 
  • Maintaining records: Keep detailed records of visitor requests and calls received. They also update restaurant records. 
  • Performing administrative tasks: Perform other clerical tasks, such as faxing, transcribing, and filing. 


Hires will be deployed to multiple locations:

QC Area, Fairview, Otiz, Feliz, Estancia, Mckinley, BGC Uptown, Greenhills, Virramall, Wilson

Requirements

  • Skills Needed: Communication skills, friendly attitude, multitasking, teamwork, and a good sense of hygiene.
  • At least High school graduate
  • 1 -3 years of experience
