- Supervision of the Clinical Application unit.
- Prepare and test ultrasound machine and accessories prior to delivery and demo
- Prepare ultrasound delivery and demo checklist and countercheck with the dispatch officer
- Performs product demonstration to potential clients. Explain the knobology, functions and features of the ultrasound machine
- Provide product training and orientation to end-users
- Assist clients with their concerns regarding the ultrasound machine thru text, call or online messaging
- Report machine related issues to engineers on duty
- Improve product competence thru trainings and by reviewing datasheet of ultrasound products
