1. Performs all Radiologic procedures assigned to him and record them in each logbook after each procedure.
2. Scan the image properly.
3. Helps prepare the save scan images for reading and interpretation.
4. Maintain all equipment and sees to it that electrical connections are in perfect conditions and ready for use.
5. Keeps all equipment in their proper places and endorses well every shift.
6. Keeps the department always clean and orderly, keeps all linens like gowns, towel in their proper places, ready for next for use. Drops all dirty linens to the laundry before going off in the P.M shift.

1. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology
2. Registered Radiologic Technologist with a Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license or has converted his/her Radiological Health Services Examination to a PRC license (Radiologic Technologist and X-Ray Technologist without examinations 16 and 17 of Republic Act 7431); registered Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist passed the PRC examination with a PRC license.
3. Should have formal training and experience in the field of Radiology.
4. Knowledgeable of work and capable of following instructions.
5. Should be mentally and physically firm to perform functions.
6. Mature, conscientious and honest.

3. Certificate of Training attended (BLS, ACLS, etc..), if there's any
