The R&D Chemist is responsible for helping to create and test new products or improve existing ones. This role involves conducting experiments, working with other teams, and ensuring that the products are safe and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic experiments to test new ideas for products.
• Help improve existing products by making small changes and testing them.
• Test raw materials and finished products to make sure they meet quality standards.
• Record results and report any issues to the Product Manager.
• Keep accurate records of all experiments and test results.
• Help prepare reports on findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Basic lab skills and experience with common lab equipment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills. Basic understanding of chemical principles. Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Work Environment: Primarily in a laboratory setting.
